We’re helping creatives learn how to take their creative careers and businesses to the next level. Equity Studios currently sources Black and diverse talent for creative roles, partnerships, and freelance gigs at companies like Meta, Adobe, Square, IDEO, and more! We want to give you the tools and insights we’ve gained to make your path easier and to make opportunities more accessible.
How it works
Dream it.
Pay the program fee and then send your resumes, social media pages, portfolios, spec projects, pitch decks, or whatever you hope to share and we will review it!
Sell it.
Then we'll meet with you to assess your current creative career status, objectives, and skillset and to provide you with feedback based on industry insights and real-time experience.
Build it.
After that, we'll email examples of relevant job descriptions, freelance opportunities/scopes of work, or creative agency vendor agreements (depending on your need).
Make it.
It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world.
